Call for Extraordinary General Meeting

The President of the Institute for Socio-Environmental Action, Gabriela Viana Moreira, in the exercise of her powers, calls all members of the institution to the Extraordinary General Assembly to be held on July 27, 2023, in an online format, starting at 5:00 p.m., in the first call, or in the absence of the necessary quorum (1/5 of the active members) at 5:30 p.m. in the second call, with any number of attendees present to deliberate on the following agenda:

Agenda:

• Presentation of accounts for 2022 and the first half of 2023;

• Exclusion of retired members;

• Invitation to active members;

• Updating the list of active members;

• Reinstatement of the current board of directors.
